Requirements for Foreign Citizens to Obtain Tourist/Transit (single/double/multiple entry) Visa to Belarus at the Belarusian Embassy:
1. Your Valid, Signed Passport;
2. Recent passport-type photograph;
3. Belarusian Visa Application form, completed and signed.
4. Copy/original of visa support documents (a tourist voucher and a cover
letter) issued by our company (these documents will be issued and sent to
you as soon as your credit card is charged).
At the Belarusian Embassy:
- Entry Tourist/Transit Visa to Belarus is issued during 5 to 14 days;
- Express one — in 48 hours and its cost is doubled.

Medical Insurance Coverage for Foreign Citizens Traveling to Belarus
- Medical insurance can be obtained when receiving a visa, when crossing the border, upon arrival to the airport or in when getting registered. In case a foreign citizen refuses to conclude an agreement for obligatory medical insurance, he will be refused admission across the state border of the Republic of Belarus .
- Transit visa holders do not need registration Medical Insurance Coverage
REGISTRATION
- Tourist visa holders who make a hotel reservation, get registered when checking in. In case of home stay foreign visitors are required to register within 3 working days of their arrival with a designated local passport and visa department (OVIR) for the area in which they are living.
REGISTRATION PROCESSING REQUIRMENTS (In case of home stay): insurance coverage for the whole period of stay, landlord’s passport, a copy of foreign visitor’s passport (pages with a photo and a Belarusian visa), registration fee.
- Transit visa holders do not need registration
IMPORTANT:
- The Tourist Visa allows you to stay in for up to 30 days.
- The Transit Visa allows you to stay in for up to 48 hours.
- Tourist/Transit visas in the Belarusian Embassies take from 5 to 14 days to process. Applicants qualified for urgent visas may receive their visas within 48 hours. For more information, please, contact the Belarusian Embassy or Consulate in your country.
- The tourist visa term cannot be prolonged.
